750 - 800 calories
I'm surprised the nutritionist didn't give you a meal plan.
Here is an 800-calorie/day meal plan that pretty much fits those guidelines.
B: 1 carb (dairy, oatmeal, cereal, or whole grain bread)
1 protein (1 egg or 1 oz LF cheese)
L: 1/2 carb (1/4 c. non-starchy veg)
1 oz protein (poultry, beef, pork, fish, seafood, tofu, beans - depending on what you can tolerate)
D: 1/2 carb (1/4 c. non-starchy veg)
1 oz. protein (see above)
S: protein shake made w/ 1 scoop protein powder and 1 cup skim milk
S: 1 fruit (1/2 cup)
