750 - 800 calories

Nutritionist says I'm to be eating between 750 and 800 calories with 60 gm protein, 60 gm carb and 30 gm fat.  Van anyone help with meal plan ideas?

Drink your protein drinks 4 a day ...then youve got the right amout of protein. Protein is the important thing. You will naturally get the others when you do. Cha

I'm surprised the nutritionist didn't give you a meal plan. Here is an 800-calorie/day meal plan that pretty much fits those guidelines. B:  1 carb (dairy, oatmeal, cereal, or whole grain bread)       1 protein (1 egg or 1 oz LF cheese) L:  1/2 carb (1/4 c. non-starchy veg)       1 oz protein (poultry, beef, pork, fish, seafood, tofu, beans - depending on what you can tolerate) D:  1/2 carb (1/4 c. non-starchy veg)       1 oz. protein (see above) S:  protein shake made w/ 1 scoop protein powder and 1 cup skim milk S:  1 fruit (1/2 cup) Jean
