How many carbs can we have?
it all depends on how much activities and exercising you to throughout the day. If you are very active, then you need more carbs. But only eat and focus on the good carbs... it also depends on your BMI, body frame, height, and weight. So i really don't know, you need to speak to your nutritionist to give you an nutritional assessment. Then you will know the estimated nutritional needs of your diet - how much carbs , protein , and fats to eat each day. Everyone has a different nutritional needs.
as far as carbs making you have gas.

Go buy Activated Charcoal, you will have more relief.

Also just to name a few foods that will cause bloating - usually nuts , grains, wheat , dairy and soy ...can make you bloaty. Eat more organic foods and gluten-free foods. Look in google.com for organic - gluten free foods. Then go buy them and eat them instead of regular foods that you been eating. This will stop the bloating and you will be more comfortable.
