Protien Bullet

I just purchased some protien bullets to help get my protiens in to use as a back up on crazy days...Just how do I drink them? Straight,mixed with water over ice??????

Some people drink them in all the ways you mention.  I mix 1/2 a fruit punch bullet (the New Whey, 42 g protein) with 24 oz fruit punch Crystal Light & sip on it during the day.   Some people will just drink it straight, a shot at a time (most ppl say not to do more than 30 g protein @ a time b/c we can't absorb more than that - not sure about that, but just FYI). I mix them with around 16 - 17 ounces of like-flavored crystal light.  (I use the New Whey 42 orange flavored.  Mixed with orange crystal light, it tastes just like cheap orange juice.)
