PROFERRIN ES OR FORTE PLEASE ADVISE - THANKS

Has anyone had success or failure with this product in bringing up your ferritin levels? There are very few studies in the U.S. on this product and there are scant clinical trials listed on the proferrin website. Please share your success or failure with this product. If a success, how many did you take, with or without meals, what was your ferritin before and after using, and did you change your diet to include more iron or not? Any friends or professionals recommend it? Thanks for your replies!!!!!!
