Smoothie Recipes Please

I posted this on the recipe board but thought I would post here as well. I remember reading a post a couple weeks ago about smoothies made with yoguart(sp?), but cannot remember were I read it. Does anyone know of any? or any kind of protein smoothies? Any help is very much appreciated.

A friend on this site sent me an email with about 200 protein shake smoothies on it I will forward it to you if you like. Just send me you email address to send it.

The only way to do this is one day at a time... and NO MORE protein shakes for me.

I'm doing this the old fashioned way this time, healthy eating and exercise...
