fiber with band?
I had RNY, so I'm not sure what the rules are for the Band, but thought I'd share with you how I get my fiber up.
I shoot for 25-30g per day but often fall short. Fruits and Veggies are my main source of fiber and I also try to have some type of whole grain startch at least once a day. (Tortilla pizza is a yummy source of fiber!) Some people also use fiber supplements to help them boost their daily intake.
