B12 Nasal Spray

Hi

Has anyone had experience in taking Nascobal Spray a synthetic B12 nasal spray that you take once a week.  I am currently taking B12 sublingual pills everyday that go under the tongue and sometimes they taste nasty and take forever to dissolve.

If anyone is on Nascobal do you have any side effects and do you feel its sufficient?

I buy my sublingual at Vitamin Shoppe.  Its a 90 day supply for 12.00 I think.  They taste like sweet tarts and I love them.  I have never minded taking them, but look forward to it each day.  The brand is called Solaray sublingual b12

No experience w/ the spray, but I use Trader Joe's brand of the sublingual B-12, which dissolves quickly and does not have a nasty taste.  Costs $7-8 for 100 tablets...   Good luck finding a B12 that works for you! Kellie
