Great Visit

I'm 6 mos. out and finally had a followup visit w/the nutrionist. It was really nice to touch base and get some guidance as well as reassurance. i didn't feel like I knew what to eat and how many calories I should be getting in at this point. Apparently I have been doing pretty good without even knowing it. <br />
I plan to see her monthly through the end of the year and then go to every other month. A very nice beni of my insurance I must say
