Nutriton for upcoming surgery( Dietician)

Hello, I am almost 4 yrs post RNY.  i have a hernia/ abdominal repair surgery scheduled on  5/16/08.  I will be in the hospital for 1 week after surgery and will be at home for another 3 weeks after that.  I am wondering if there are any suggestions you could supply that would help me lose approximately 25 lbs to bring me back down to my goal weight of 125 lbs? Since you are having surgery soon, I would encourage you to increase your exercise rather than restrict your diet. You will need to be in good nutritional status for healing after surgery. You don't want to be malnourished.
