Is edamame ok?
Edamame are soybeans that are picked right before they harden. You can buy them frozen, still in the pod, or shelled. They are boiled in salted water and, if in the pod, you eat them by squeezing the beans out of the pod into your mouth. I usually would eat them as an appetizer before Japanese food. Never would have imagined liking soy beans, but they are very good.
I love edamame! I even wrote a blog post about them!
