protein bar question

I have yet to find a shake that i can stomach, so I typically do 2 of the Atkins breakfast bars a day. Each has 13 gr of protein. I read a post the other day, that I can not find now, that stated that we do not digest the protein in these bars. Can anyone shed some light on this. I am very interested.  

I have no clue but "Power Crunch" bar is great and over 20 or so protien.  MMMMM!

I have miserably doing protein for almost a year, and I have finally found one I love!  Some GNC stores carry it, but right now it's on sale through the vitamin store on amazon.com.  It is called Worldwide Pure Protein, 35 grams in a can and only 2 carbs.  the vanilla creme is the best thing!!  the frosty chocolate is good too!  Good luck!
