nutrition tracking question
this is a question for members who track their food.
can u give me an idea of your calorie, protein, fats, carbs, etc. breakdown.
im not sure im where i should be.
im eating about 1200-1500 calories and i am 20 months 0ut and successfully maintaining at this point.
my question lies mostly with what my carb intake and fat intake should be per day.
i try to get my protein betwenn 70-90 every day, but i dont always succeed.
also, i need to watch my cholesterol, so what is a good guideline for that?
any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm still losing, so keep that in mind. My daily goals, eaten in 3 meals and 2 to 3 snacks, are:
Minimum 75 g protein
3 to 4 servings of veggies
1 to 2 servings of fruit
1 to 2 servings of dairy
Minimum 80 oz. of water
Minimum 25 g of fat, maximum 40 g
Minimum 25 g of fiber, max 40 g
Under 1200 calories
I don't specifically count carb grams...but my carbs are always coming from fruits, veggies, dairy or whole grains.
