Although I cannot offer specific advice based on your medical conditions, I would suggest that you can get some good, basic nutritional guidance at http://www.mypyramid.gov/.  The site contains a lot of good information and, if you're willing to spend the time reading and thinking about what they offer, you may find it very helpful.   Good luck on your continuing journey -  Kellie

Lin, I appreciate your situation, but unfortunately this forum is not the place to conduct individual nutrition counseling.  We as moderators of this forum try to address the general nutrition needs of WLS patients.  To treat you appropriately, I would need to assess your complete medical and nutrition history and this forum is not the appropriate venue.  Here are my suggestions: 1. Without a doubt, find and use the services of a REGISTERED DIETITIAN. 2. To locate an RD experienced in weight management, go to http://www.eatright.org, put in your zip code and see who is locally available. 3. I will say this as carefully as I can because I will be criticized up and down for writing this.   The company that I started does just what you are asking; we provide online, personalized medical nutrition therapy for those people who do not have easy access to a Registered Dietitian.  We also provide this service at a fraction of the cost for an in-office visit.  Please accept my apology for not being able to help you in the way that you would like.  If you have any questions, please send me a private email.  I wish you the best of luck in achieving your weight loss goals.
