Ive been reading a lot about quinoa. Is it safe for RNY patients?

It seems very nutritional and is a complete protein but is it a feasible substitute for rice and grains on our diets?

Yes, quinoa is a good substitute for rice or other grains in your diet.  I did a post on this and other grains a few months ago but can't seem to locate it now.  I'll keep looking.
