Omega 3 gel capsules

Do Omega 3 gel capsules absorb after gastric bypass surgery. I am 5.5 years out. I know that there is a product Coromega but I would prefer take capsules if I can.

I take one every morning and I have since I was 3 months out.  I think it really helped with hairloss. Deb
