Milk Question for the RDs

I drink 3-4 cups of 1% milk per day.  It's about 400cal, 32g protein, and 47g carbs.  Milk makes up about 1/3 of my total calories and protein for the day.  I usually don't sweat the carbs, since the other carbs I get come from 1 c. oatmeal in the am, and veggies with my meals.  Am I overdoing the milk?

I am not an RD but I gave up milk after I had surgery.  It has too many carbs for me.  I do have an occasional latte made with half and half.

Your milk intake is fine - as long as it fits with your daily goals for calories. I agree, don't sweat the carbs.
