I am almost 4 years post op I have done well and have not gained any weight back. I was at a pleateu about 6 months ago and finally broke through and lost 25 more lbs now again I am stuck. I seeme to teter between 215 and 219. I am just so frustrated and confussed now. I dont know what to eat any more, and I am so afraid to gain weight back that I dont think I eat enough somtimes. My most challenging meal is breakfast and quick lunches. Any help would be awsome, I just so badly want to be below the 200lb mark. I also have been getting sick quite frequently lately with allergy type things and it never goes away. I dont know if this is because lack of somthing.

First off, WOW...you have lost a tremendous amount of weight!  What's even better is that you haven't gained any after 4 years !  I learned early out that no breakfast will definitely stall your loss.  Most mornings, I barely can get out of the house on time and I'm not hungry, so I know what you mean.  I typically make a protein shake (Nectars are my fave and they need no blender-shake and go) and hit the door.  As for lunch, leftovers are a staple for the most part, but I keep a few Lean Cuisines, tuna/salmon pouches, baggies of protein powder, etc. around just in case it's one of those days.  Come on over to the grad board, you'll find a lot of info to help you along the way!
