Every now and then, clinically, there is likely no harm. However, I would discourage you from having these too often. This can lead you down the road of your previous bad habits. You want to make a lifestyle change -- working your way into healing eating. Healthy eating is NOT substituting regular junk food for sugar-free junk food. So, like all sweets, eat these in MODERATION. For example, 1 miniature per week.
