10 month out question

I am 10 months out and the scale has been going up and down 5 pounds for the last about 2 months. How many calories should i be intaking and grams of protein if i am burning 500 calories plus daily in workouts? I go to curves and burn out quit a bit 500+ calories 5 to 6 days a week and in ingest about 1000 calories a day. I am so tired of this up and down thing and some people seem to think that my body thinks i am starving it. Please help..i dont knw what the right answers are anymore.

You will need a nutrition assessment from a registered dietitian. There is not an easy answer for you. A dietitian needs to review your medical history, exercise history, weight loss history, medications, vitamins (to name a few) before giving you a calorie, protein, fat, carbs calculation. I suggest you make an appointment with a local dietitian or use an on-line service.
