Vitamins - when to take them

I am reading how it is important to take different vitamins at different times to maximize their use.  Can someone give a brief summary on when to best take some of the more popular vitamins?  Fore example....multivitamin, calcium, B-12 and others Thanks in advance for your help. Jackie

Mine goes a bit like this: After breakfast: one a day multi, 135mg carbonyl iron, DRY A (10,000IU) & E (400IU), 300mg C, 500mcg B12, 25mg B6 (no dairy or eggs with that iron!) After lunch: 600mg calcium citrate, 2,000IU DRY D3, magnesium, zinc, A (calcium is absorbed better later in the day according to vitalady) After dinner: same as lunch
