4 months out - how much to eat?
It depends on the food, softer foods like yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. I find I can eat a ton of while denser proteins like plain chicken or tuna I can only eat a very little bit of, that is probably what you are experiencing. Like lots of people post feeling scared because they could eat 3 cups of salad, but lettuce is mostly water and breaks down in the pouch quickly, that same person couldn't eat more than 1/2 a cup of chicken in one sitting, so it's normal. If you are worried about over eating try starting your meals with denser proteins to get fuller more quickly and stay that way longer.
