At least you're getting it in, unlike me, but you aren't supposed to chug it.  Sipping all day keeps you more hydrated because it stays in you're system longer.  Chugging it makes you're body think it's drowning and makes you go to the bathroom a lot which defeats the purpose.  Also, I know it's nasty but room temp. water is actually used more by the body as it takes more energy to convert the cold water into something useable.  Hope that helps. You are doing fine. More is better when it comes to water. Cold water is fine - don't worry about the energy you spend warming it up.  It doesn't turn into anything else. Steam or Ice cube - water is water. Chugging it is fine too.  Your body will still keep what it needs and get rid of the rest.  Just keep in mind the size of your pouch.  Sipping is still better for that reason.
