pureed soups?
I am finally reaching the end of the puree stage! I have been eating all sorts of stews, soups and chili pureed. Basically, as long as I can get it to applesauce consistency, my dr says go for it. And while I was never brave enough to attempt it, I know of quite a few people on here who pureed whatever their family was eating for dinner that night - things like meatloaf, a chicken parm type of thing, and so on. I think as long as the food is healthy, and you concentrate on protein, you can puree just about anything.
