Has anyone found a good Protein cereal?    Bariatric Advantage used to have one it had 15 grams of protein that you only add water to  but it has been discontinued.    Sometimes in the morning I would like to have cereal or maybe even Oatmeal.   Anyone else eat Oatmeal in the morning, any suggestions the best one to use?

Kashi makes a Go Lean Oatmeal in a couple flavors - I like the creamy vanilla (has a better texture than the the other flavor).  I like the Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, esp. the brown sugar flavor, and eat it almost every morning.  It's an okay source of protein (think it has 7 g. of protein), but it's a good source of fiber as well.  I can handle the carbs and it's a good energy source to start the day.  I also drink a cup of 1% milk in my coffee, so that adds protein to the beginning of my day as well.   Good luck finding something that works for you! Kelloggs came out with Special K Protein Plus.  It has 100 cals. and 10 grams of protein and 14 carbs per serving.  It is really good!

I'm an oatmeal fiend!  I have a bowl of good ole Quaker Oats every morning with a 25g scoop of Unjury (unflavored), a splenda, and a dash of SF maple syrup.  YUM!  Starts me off right, with a nice jolt of protein.
