I will be 2 years post op in March. I have just ahd a baby 3 months ago and need to get focused and back on track. I've lost all the baby weight (it came off within 7 days after I had my baby) and I'm the exact weight I was before I got pregnant, I'm wondering how many calories during the day should I be taking in in order to keep losing weight?

There are a lot of things that go into a calorie calculation. It's not just cut & dry. In order to determine your calories, a dietitian would need to review your medical history, past dieting history, medications, exercise habits, and eating habits. It's not a quick calculation. It would probably be in your best interest to make an appointment to see a registered dietitian in your area for help. You can go to eatright.org or check out one of the on-line services.

The nutritionist is a good idea. If you are still breast feeding you'll need more calories.

Best of luck and congrats on the new baby.
