Too much milk? (x-post)
I've tried for MONTHS to find a protein drink I can tolerate, but no luck. However, I do like and can drink skim milk. (I used to add SF Carnation Instant Breakfast to it, but now that doesn't taste good.) So I've started drinking about 3 cups of milk per day, which is how I reach my protein goals, since this gives me 27g of protein. I also usually eat at least one lowfat cheese stick per day, so I get about half my daily protein just from the milk and cheese. Does this seem OK? My next dr's appt is in March, but I'd love some thoughts before then!
