B-12 Absorbtion by liquid for post-op RNY patients

How much B-12 is required if it is givien in a liquid form. The pouch is smaller, but I like this liquid. It has 4900% of the MDA. Do you think that enough to cover me considering the intrinic factor situation?

It is going to depend on your labs. Different people need different amounts of supplementation. Your clinic should be able to guide you based on that.
