You had a good point!  I think I will do that - eat smaller portions w/out monitoring carbs so much, and cutting back just a little the days I dont exercise. But I exercise 6 days a week!  LOL  Thanks for input!

Glad my input was helpful.  At 2+ years out, it's a matter of fine tuning for me these days.  I do not want to go overboard on any particular thing -- such as no carbs, or must exercise 7 days a week, etc.  Instead, I'm trying to find a balance in my life as it relates to health, food, and exercise; something I'm comfortable with that I can maintain long-term.   Good luck on your continuing journey -  Kellie
