Glad my input was helpful. At 2+ years out, it's a matter of fine tuning for me these days. I do not want to go overboard on any particular thing -- such as no carbs, or must exercise 7 days a week, etc. Instead, I'm trying to find a balance in my life as it relates to health, food, and exercise; something I'm comfortable with that I can maintain long-term.
