Chicken, eggs, ground turkey, steamed shrimp (my fav and high in protein), beef, pork, cheese (ricotta cheese w/ sf preserves is good)....... I make turkey chili - 1 pack of Mccormick seasoning and follow their instructions. Sometimes I add beans, sometimes I don't. I use ground turkey to cut back on the fat, and I digest it better..... Deli meat roll ups are good....meat w/ cheese...... Hign protein yogurt...... Hope this helps.
