Iron w/without food?
First of all, I love Dr. Ali. One of my favorites. Hope you liked him too!!
It's best to take your iron on an empty stomach. 1 hour after a meal or 2 hours before a meal. However, iron can cause stomach upset, so if it bothers you to take on an empty stomach, take it with a light meal. Or, you can take it before bed and you'll sleep right though some of the stomach upset! :)
