I was wondering what kind of mexican foods can you eat when you go out to a restaurant and what to avoid?

I end up eating chicken based items like chicken fajitas.  Everybody is different though you just have to try and see what you can tolerate.  I dont suggest a chimichanga though ha ha.  J

I usually order the fajita nachos to share with my 10 year old daughter as our meals.  (Chips covered in fajita steak/chicken, black beans and cheese.) I eat a couple of tops of a couple of nachos and I'm done.

Avoid fried foods. If your going out to eat as a special treat, then I'd tell you to order whatever you like and ENJOY. If your going out to eat weekly --- well, then, that's another story and I'd have a whole different lecture for you ......
