Nestle's has an incredible sugar free hot chocolate.  It is so delicious and I get it at my local Smith's here in Las Vegas.  It is a chain out west.   It comes in single serving packets.

I use my chocolate protein powder and mix with ho****er , add some sf syrup to customize it ! kills 2 birds with one stone .  Jus****ch the water is not too hot or it will curdle the whey in the protein powder .
