HI, I'm about three weeks post op and I'm having trouble getting my vitamins down-- I have the chewable kind but they really are hard for me to chew up and swallow-- they make me gag!  Can you recomend a good liquid vitamin?

I get my vits from www.bbvitamins.com and they don't taste bad.  Chewable multi, calcium and iron.

You can also consider pulverizing your chewables and mixing them into something you are eating - like yogurt.  Just so you don't have to waste the ones you have. Just an idea!

Sam's Club has a liquid vitamin.  The taste is okay - but it's one quick swallow and it's done!
