spirulina
hello...i am about 6 1/2 months post op from rny and was wondering about spirulina....before i started taking it i was actually starting to get a little hungry again but i've been taking it a few weeks now (3 tablets a half hour before each meal) and it seems like my appetite has gone away again...by all means i'm not complaining or anything i'm just wondering if this is a common occurence with spirulina...thanks liz
