I start puree/soft food stage tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions besides eggs and cottage cheese. Thanks, Christine

Yogurt made with splenda or nutra sweet.  Dannon LIght N Fit makes one that is 60 calories per 6oz cup!!  It's delicious too.

I allow my patients to have the following: Cream of Wheat Sugar Free Pudding Sugar Free, Fat Free Yogurt (smooth variety - NO SEEDS, NO CHUNKS OF FRUIT!) Sugar Free Sherbet Low Fat Custard Scrambled eggs Thin Mashed Potatoes Cottage Cheese Canned tuna Canned chicken In addition, I also tell my clients that they can have anything they want if they blenderize it. Soups are pretty good blenderized -- you can make a soup with meat, broth, vegetables, noodles and whip it though the blender so there are not chunks of food. It's really not bad. Good luck
