Hello there,
I'd start back at basics....maybe even the "5 day pouch test" Just to kick start things....
but I'm sure one of the nutritionists will have  agood good plan for you.

You may consider seeking the advice of a registered dietitian. Make an appointment when you can spend at least 45 minutes going over your eating and exercise habits and well as your medical history and medications. It's important you get a handle on this now rather than later.
