Amount of protein for women?
The recommendation is 1.0-1.2gm/kg of body weight. Your exercise regimen sounds intense so I would definitely aim for the higher end of 1.2. Take your body weight in pounds and divide it by 2.2. This will get you to kg. Be sure to include animal sources of protein so you will get complete amino acids (building blocks of protein). Good luck!

Thanks. That is the same advice that my trainer gave me, but he is not well-versed in RNY patients. My nut told me 60 and no more is needed - no matter what the exercise level. At my next meeting with her I will ask why no more is needed. From what I have read that sounded low to me. I wonder if they are worried about calories.
That sounds low to me as well. Please check w/ your nut. and let me know. I'm curious to see her reasoning!
