Is it ok  to eat peanuts, sunflower seed, and other nuts.  Also are seamseeds sticks ok to eat??  Worried about stretching out my pouch how can I tell if anything has changed on the inside.  I'm not gaining weight but just scared that it could happen

Well, there is nothing special about nuts or seeds that would stretch your pouch.  Eating too much can stretch your pouch, but that could happen even if you eat too may carrot sticks.  However, nuts and seeds are high in fat - mind you, it is the 'good' fat, but fat nonetheless.  So, they are high in calories.  Also, high in protein.  So, back to your question -- are they 'OK' to eat - yes, they are (if you are > 3 months post op).  But, this is not a food you want to get large quantities of.  Eating 1/4 of cup everyday is probably the serving size you want to stick to.  Good question.
