Supplements: Centrum adult chewables, Tropical Oasis liquid calcium citrate/magnesium/Vit D (tastes like lemon yogurt--MUCH better than the pills and cheaper than the citracal chews). B-12 shot monthly--I'd much rather give myself a shot than take yet another pill daily.
Fiber products: Hate 'em all. I take prunes, and use Miralax and colace.
Protein products: Could only tolerate EASCarbAdvantage RTDs; now I use one South Beach Meal Replacement bars, and get the rest from my food.
Misc stuff to help you get through this mess: Pumpkin Seeds--they give me 5 gms of protein in an oz (85 seeds), and satisfy my need to have something crunchy to snack on in the evening. ICE--can't stand anything room temp or higher. Weird, huh?
