Okay, So I'm REALLY getting antsy. I've been in a stall for 3 weeks, and I sure as hell haven't lost any inches around my tummy area. I haven't exercised formally for 2 weeks, as I was low on energy, but I do live in New York City, so I'm not exactly sitting on my butt all day. The scale won't budge, and neither will my tummy. HELP? Here are my fitday stats: For the past 1 WEEK:
Total:   941
Fat: 28  251  29%
  Sat: 11  95  11%
  Poly: 17  2%
  Mono: 47  5%
Carbs: 60  191  22%
  Fiber: 12  0%
Protein: 105  418  49%
For the past 2 weeks:
Total:   911
Fat: 26  238  28%
  Sat: 10  91  11%
  Poly: 17  2%
  Mono: 45  5%
Carbs: 59  193  23%
  Fiber: 11  0%
Protein: 103  412  49%
These are my averages. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I am 11 weeks out and I know what you mean about stalling...I have just started to lose again within the past 2 days, however I was stalled for almost 3 weeks.  It is very frustrating.   I took the advice from the people of this web site and increased my protein, (although yours is right up there), increased my calories a little (I was only getting in about 500-700 per day, I am now getting in about 750-850).  I increased my walking a little and I went back to Curves (although not going as often to Curves as I probably should, due to tummy soreness still).  I am back to work too, which as an RN I do alot of lifting and pulling patients up in bed. (Sure is not helping the sore tummy, but you gotta do what ya gotta do). I don't know if this will help but...hang in there and keeping plugging away the stall will break...I also know that it is frustrating as hell when people say that but it will happen.  Keep smiling.

I'm 1 month out, lost 18 pounds the first 2 weeks, but not an ounce the last two weeks.  I'm a little bummed about that.  I started going to Planet Fitness and working 30 min circuits with 30 to 40 additional mins on a treadmill.  I sure hope that I can kick start things again.
