Okay,
So I'm REALLY getting antsy. I've been in a stall for 3 weeks, and I sure as hell haven't lost any inches around my tummy area. I haven't exercised formally for 2 weeks, as I was low on energy, but I do live in New York City, so I'm not exactly sitting on my butt all day.
The scale won't budge, and neither will my tummy. HELP?
