I found a protein drink from World Wide with 110 calories/11 oz., 5g of carbohydrate, 3g fiber, 1g of sugar and 21g of protein. Taste is good too, do you think this would be a good one to use as a supplement after wls? Thanks for your input.

The general rule of thumb for protein drinks is: at least 15-20 grams of protein per serving, <5 grams of sugar, < 5 grams of fat.  It sounds like this one has the added bonus of fiber and tastes good to boot!  Would likely be fine after WLS. Cheers!
