Iron

I was wondering what brand of Iron does everyone take and what time of day do you take it? Also what is the milligrams?  Does it bother your stomach at all? Thanks, Nancy

Hi, Nancy!   :) I use "Ferretts" brand ferrous fumarate. 106 mg, and the pill is small. I take one a day along with 1000 mg of Vit. C so it'll absorb well. I take them right before bed and I have never had any discomfort.
