please help me

Ok, I am 7 mths out of RNY and have lost 103 3's.  I have about 30-35 more to go.  My question is how many calories/carbs/fat should I be having per day?  My weight loss has slowed down alot and need help to stay on track and loose the last amount I need to loose.
