I try to stay away from recommending specific products. The bottom line with supplement foods is - if it fits in with your daily goals, and you like it, then it's probably ok.
There are many products out there that may provide more protein, lower volume, and low sugar. It seems one of the deciding factors in choosing a product is that you can stand the taste & texture. I'm glad you found one you like!
