5 years out how many cals

when i had my GBS i was never told alot of things like no soda no bred ect. im 5 years out and my pouch has streched since i got a hernia and i was wondering how many cals does a normal person eat that has had GBS 5+ years out

The answer you are seeking is very individual.  To answer you, I would need to do a personal assessment. My advice is talk to a dietitian and get some professional advice.  If you have an RD already, make an appointment.  You can find one in your area by contacting the American Dietetic Association at www.eatright.org .
