Pumpkin seeds at 3 weeks out?
Really, they are a no-no. It's a bit rouch for your new anatomy. The anastomosis (the new opening where your intestines are attached to your stomach) is very tender and needs AT LEAST 4 weeks to heal. If you had or have diabetes, it can be much longer.
My advice: don't pu**** Not now. Wait until you are at least 12 weeks post op for any rough foods. It's not worth it. A rupture at the anastomosis site is very bad ---- VERY BAD.
Pumpkin seeds taste good in March too ....
