help with protein foods
I finally found a protein drink that not only can I tolerate but actually is good. I use Unjury chocolate and vanilla. A recipe that I tried from them was a peanut fudge. Melt 1/4 cup margerine, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. Mix 2 scoops of Unjury chocolate protein powder with 10 packs of sweetner and then blend it with the melted mix. Put it in a small container and chill. I take a teaspoon full in my lunch to work and it sure is better than thinking about junk food.
