How do I stop losing?

I am pretty much at goal weight and don't want to lose much more.  I haven't been able to get back to the nute for my 6 month check up because I don't have any insurance right now.  As long as I eat healthy the weight keeps coming off.  How do I slow it down?  I know, I remember when this was the least of my problems but I don't want to start looking sickly.  Should I start adding more fat or carbs?  If so how much?

First of all, keep tracking your calories on one of the online programs and your exercise. Start by adding approx 200 calories into each day - for a week or so.  Keep adding until you find that you can maintain your weight with a constant level of exercise. Don't be freaked out if your calories get higher than you expect, depending on your exercise, the magic calorie number will vary. Once you get this base calorie level, you can adjust it to keep you at your maintenance weight.  Drop your calories if you exercise less, increase them when you exercise more. good luck!
