Nutrition Question
If you just recently started adding in some new exercises that could be why you've had some stall. I have also noticed it has become harder to lose when you get closer to your goal weight. I say just keep doing what you are doing. It will be slow, but will happen with time. I don't track carbs or fats, so I'm not sure what range I am in at any given day. I watch my calorie base the most.
